Marcos Orozco opened his Residential Design Company in 2002 while obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona in 2005. He then went on to get his California General Contractors License and opened his own Construction Company specializing in Residential Design and Custom Home Building. Along with working with clients he partnered up with his wife Yanet to build and sell his own homes. In his first year in real estate, Marcos received the Keller Williams Rookie of The Year award. Marcos is in charge of Sales and Negotiation, working tirelessly and aggressively to help Sellers get their homes SOLD for TOP DOLLAR and buyers find the perfect homes. In his spare time, Marcos loves golf. If he is not playing golf with his two sons Diego (age 14) and Pablo (age 12) or with his friends, he is attending or watching PGA tournaments. He also enjoys traveling, listening to all types of music (especially 80’s music) and watching movies.
